A couple weeks ago I went to the supermarket and at the register, there was an old man who had been arrested for robbery; he had hidden inside his pockets 6 cans of tuna and he told the manager that he did that ‘cause he was hungry; I dared to intervene and asked to the manager if I could pay 3 cans so he could leave, fortunately he accepted; when I went out of the place I started crying ‘cause it concerns me that a human being can’t have a basic human right like eating; after that situation I started thinking how far can we go when we occupy our mind thinking in lack, that’s when we let the instinct drives us to do things without love.
It concerns me that a person can’t have the natural right as breathing and must die on the hands of someone who believes that not all of us have the same right to live just because he sees people who are “different”; the current situation North America is passing through, has made me reflex about how damaged our mind is ‘cause it has been emptied with racist beliefs and conditionings that we have chosen to believe in order to feel separated from equality to the point, that the instict is capable to drive a man to commit murder ‘cause he thinks that “white” is better than “black.”
It concerns me that a person who has the divine right to exist can’t do it just because she’s a woman, but what concerns me the most is observing a man who was born from another woman that can’t respect her right to exist, ‘cause his mind is occupied with hate believing that women are less important than men.
What are the concerns? They’re idealizations that take us away from our personal power ‘cause they make us occupied about what’s before in order to materialize it in the time after, and make us believe that our life has to be full of anguish ‘cause thinking about the future and preparing it from a place of mistrust means attaching ourselves to a life of lack of consciousness and freedom.
Being worried about something is a state that was imposed to us since we were in our mother’s womb ‘cause her emotional environment was full of ups and downs and getting worried was one of the most challenging things to deal with ‘cause deep inside her being, her mind was occupied thinking in the day of labor ‘cause she wanted everything to go through perfectly; she got worried about the presence of your father in order to form a stable family; she got worried about the overweight pregnancy was going to leave on her ‘cause if she got fat, maybe her husband wouldn’t find her attractive anymore; she occupied her thoughts thinking about what would happen if the baby came unhealthy ‘cause in the case of a complication, she would feel as the worst mother in the world for not attending the pregnancy with more control.
“Worrying doesn’t take away tomorrow’s problems, it takes away today’s peace.”
Zig Ziglar.
“Worry less, occupy more” The question is: from which place do I occupy myself? When we decide to pour all our energy in thoughts that take us away from reality to induce us into an illusion that’s when we occupy ourselves from the non-existence and we forget to live in the existence; the concern will be always related to events that haven’t happened which are conditioning our future to experience it without peace, harmony and happiness.
If you are the type of person that occupies his/her mind by thinking in loneliness and see yourself forever alone, it’s better if you occupy your mind by putting in it the energy to try to love yourself without believing that you need someone next to you so you can be happy; if you are the kind of person who gets worried for loosing his/her job, it’s better if you occupy your mind by thinking in manifesting abundance ‘cause it’s your natural right and only your beliefs can take you away from the stability you’ve always wanted; if you are the kind of person who gets worried about the future, it’s better if you connect with your present ‘cause it’ll always be your manifesting cause.
Today I occupy my mind in thinking about all the current events and I’ve decided to make a little pause to accept that collectively we have wasted our time in worrying our mind believing there are differences among us ‘cause since we were children we were educated through the tales of nationalism starting with our skin colour to identify ourselves; we keep occupying our wonderful mind believing that we’re poor ‘cause we don’t have the things others have; we keep occupying the mind with stories of attachement, insecurity, dependency and slavery so we can never be free; therefore I believe its time to reconsider and occupy our mind to think with love and stop creating from hate, racism and separation ‘cause it’s obvious that those methods haven’t worked, instead they’re killing us.
We were awarded with a mind, a body and a spirit; this means that we’re not just a life, we’re life continually manifesting itself through us; therefore, take advantage of your best attributes without putting guilt, sadness, anguish, sacrifice and worries ‘cause concerning your mind to believe that everything is going to be bad means conditioning it to slavery and that’ll be to materialize learnings attached to suffering; preparing your mind to addapt what you define as problems, will make you justify yourself through control disguised as concern; remember that getting worried about situations that haven’t happened means giving up to your self-empowerement in order to look for it in places where the only ruler is fear.
Take care of yourself, Shary ChavLó ∞
