I believe that we have all experienced a lack of connection or vibration with someone, we believe that we don’t vibrate with that person and this makes us feel confronted so we prefer to remain in permanent judgement just because we don’t like the other.

Maybe you remember that when you were a child, your need of survival made you explore the environment without you even notice the differences of that environment, possibly if you’re a female, your parents dressed you up in pink and gave you allusive toys to your gender; if you’re a man, I imagine that pink dresses were forbidden for you ‘cause it was impossible that you confuse your masculine needs with the femenine ones; from those differentiations you started to connect with duality and at some point in your life, this “ difference” would work for you to feel unequal.

What’s duality? If you imagine a balance, each side has to weight exactly the same as the other in order to form a balance; let’s say that duality is the same, it means that there’s the same amount of light from one side and the equivalent of darkness on the other, both sides constitute you and through them, you give yourself the opportunity to connect with life; nonetheless, the conflict of duality lies in that we use it to positionate more on one side, taking the risk of loosing balance and by our need of belonging, we project that lack of unity on the others.

That feeling of unbalance makes us perceive a world apparently separated; we believe that what’s existing outside of us is the solution we need to find, or the problem with which we have to deal; this belief separates and conditions us to experience life in an unreal way; it’s clear that we all need that duality to learn to differentiate among what’s right and wrong, among the light and the darkness, among the loving and the challenging, among the health and the sickness and when we take consciousness of this differentiation, we won’t feel the need of choosing, ‘cause we’ll know how to live from the unity and we’ll be able to integrate our inseparable duality

When you walk, you necessarily emanate a shadow inherent to you and although you don’t notice it, this shadow follows you everywhere, ‘cause the purpose of that shadow is to accompany and help you integrate the totality of what you are; therefore it’s impossible to distance yourself from it, ‘cause just as the shadow corresponds to you, you correspond to it; ‘cause your duality is and it’ll be the teacher that’ll allow you to reflect about the vibration with which you’re manifesting your life.

“Love is the most powerful force, it’s power is so big, that’s capable of uniting the world and make us one.”

Have in mind that our duality vibrates; therefore, every situation and human being we face, it’s attracted by our inner resonance; this means that we’re constantly discovering and experiencing the environment from our dual perspective; but we hardly realize this ‘cause our programmed mind ruled by our ego, makes us believe that the outside is different than us, makes us feel that God, the Universe or the energy is a human who’s outside of ourselves and that feeling of abandonment makes us experience paradise and hell in the same space-time; makes us believe that the others are guilty of our emotional states, and this makes us feel separated from taking responsability of our own emotional maturity; it tells us the story that we’re not worthy enough to be liked, to have or to be loved and this dissociates us from our self-love only to adapt to a world where we want to be recognized and admired.

If you’re in a job where people confront you because they don’t share the same point of view as you, it’s because you all resonate the same but all of you look each other from your dual perspectives where you share the same control wound that makes you believe only your reason can prevail above any other; that’s why, you need to defend it ‘cause without it you feel that your own recognition is lost; the same happens in the world, you have bought the idea that you’re from a country in which you have to sing its anthem which represents a nation that “won it’s freedom” through masacres, slavery and wars, so through this patriotic song you can program your mind that you belong to it and in the future you can choose an hypnotist that’ll make you believe that s/he will defend you; when in reality, behind every power discourse hides a dual talk that separates you from the truth so you can fight for an imposed identity represented in a flag without it even matter your true identity that has to be created from equality; with your couple, he or she is the best reflection you have, to hurt, confront and find yourself ‘cause both of you fell in love with the illusion that’s why you believed s/he was the one, but maybe in the course of that relationship you have realized you act and think from separation ‘cause she or he is teaching you all the wounds, addictions and patterns you both have, but none of you have been responsible enough to heal them and forgive yourselves, that’s why you want to fix your emotional lackings pointing each other, ‘cause your dual mind is designed to protect itself even though that implies killing each other.

Duality is dangerous ‘cause it makes us dissociate from reality to induce us into a permanent delirium that makes us believe we are completely separated and for that, we choose to be the victims of our own circumstances without accepting the agressor who also lives in ourselves; that’s why we prefer to project and seek it on the outside to stay in the role of the polarity that suits us the best.

I want to tell you that your duality is indispensable ‘cause thanks to it you can recognize the way you’re vibrating, you give yourself the opportunity of looking everything from a perspective that unites the good and the wrong as oneself, where the aggressor and the victim resonate in the same place that’s why they connect, where the envious and the envied find each other to reconcile and forgive themselves, where the controller and the inflexible look for each other to accept and flow with life, where the abandoned and the savior find each other to detach from the pain; until we don’t accept that we’re one in relation to everything we’ll keep blaming the outside believing what we’re experiencing is the problem, we’ll continue chasing love as a rare possibility and we’ll keep creating a disastrous world we want to solve through violence, we’ll keep resonating in destructive environments to integrate our inner duality until we heal it by ourselves.

We’re one, Shary ChavLó
