We’ve been taught that women must accomplish endless requirements to be able to adapt ourselves to the enviroment and in that way be accepted.
Throughout our evolution, women have adopted beliefs that subject us to direct and agressive competitions such as: “all women are crazy” “women must be skinny to have a perfect figure”, “women must be ladies at the table and wild at bed”, “you need to keep your husband happy before another woman take him away”, the perfect woman is one who never speaks”. The worst part of this beliefs, is that they start feeling real making us believe we need to compete all the time to be the best.
Sometimes when I’m next to women and listen to their conversations, I realize their chat is about another woman and instead of taking out the best of her, some prefer to destroy her, talking about her body, her hair, her face, her attitude and I listen to destructive comments such as: “bitch”, “she’s full of surgeries”, “slut”, “so fat and so ugly” “she sleeps with everyone for sure”, she’s so fake”, etc. etc. etc.
The warrior art of women is such,
that when they renounce the struggle
they triumph.

Once I talked you about the Universe, God, the energy… I told you that he’s not carrying a notebook writing down the names of the people we talk about, against or in favor; the only thing that literally takes into consideration are the words we sow and without judging he believes that’s how we speak to ourselves.
I tell to all the people who cross my way, to see beyond the person and not only the masks that shows to the others; that way we’ll become more compassive with others, I’ll give you some examples:
1.- When a woman suffers from overweight in her body, maybe she suffered abuse as a child and today, her body expands to be noticed, and instead of feel pity for her, let’s ask ourselves, what is she passing through to let her body speak that way?
2.- When a woman is full of surgeries is possibly because she has had a hard time loving and accepting herself just as she is and it’s something she fights with everyday.
3.- If a woman feels envy it’s because maybe she feels that she doesn’t deserve to have everything in life.
4.- If a woman has a hateful attitude towards others, it’s because she’s terribly wounded because maybe mom and dad didn’t gave her love enough and today she’s inwardly screaming how she feels.
5.- If a woman chooses a low vibration all the time is because she constantly silences her emotions, and for that reason all the crying she’s decided to carry is transformed into resenment.
Everything that I tell you is not for you to feel pity for others, but that in a compassive way we can overcome the criticism and judgment; it doesn’t mean that we allow others to treat us wrongly, be aware that everyone have their own wounds and we defend them as we can and as we know, but it doesn’t mean we have to be permissive to the behavior of others.
When I talked you about relationships, I told you there are people that challenge us and if it’s a woman you choose to do so, just observe her and without judgment identify why the situation is confronting you and compassionately bless her and let her go, because that woman, as you and me, has cried, has been destroyed, has felt alone, has been hurt and today, her wounds are such that she has forgotten how to heal them.
Don’t feel any anger for a person that is equal to you; if she has a wonderful body recognize it, because she works out everyday, and if she has decided to have a neglected body maybe it’s because she has chosen so and doesn’t even know how to treat it; if a woman’s attitude is tough is because she has preferred to hide her heart so nobody can hurt it anymore.
Just remember that you, as everyone else have an exceptional and unique magic, because all women have the wonderful gift to create, just allow the magic that lives within you, be the one who builds, no the one that destroys.
I look myself in you,
