I believe the word Karma is one of the most famous words in the world and we relate it with the punishment we generate by acting from negative places.

The word Karma is a sanskrit word which means “action” or “fact” and talks about the energy that a person gives with every action.

Like you know, I’m very insistent on talking about the Universe or the universal energy, I’ve told you that since we were children we were taught to humanize this Universe we call God and we believe that s/he is looking at us to judge our actions as good or wrong; from there, we start our relation with that energy that’s based on the judgement.

I want you to know that Karma is a consequence about the causes we have sown in our mind, since the moment we wake up we’re putting karma into our day, because we’re creating from the vibration of the cause-effect.

Until now we have built a judicious image about karma and we believe that’s the divine revenge about what we didn’t like and the others are just paying the price of their actions; like I told you, karma is just a consequence of everything we are vibrating on, it doesn’t matter if it’s positive or negative.

“Karma, when properly understood, is just the mechanics through which consciousness manifests”.

Deepak Chopra.

Long time ago I was at the airport, I went to leave a friend and the parking lot was completely full, after looking for a long time for a place where to park, I saw a car that was leaving a place, so I put my car flashers to wait for the car to go out, suddenly,  a car parked where I was waiting; my first feeling-reaction was anger and I tried to not pay attention to my mind, so I stepped out of the car to tell the person that I was waiting for that place so I asked him to get out, so I could park on it; then he told me he didn’t see me, so I asked him once again to move his car; what he did, was start laughing and writing on his cellphone; of course this action made my ego enter in the mood “ready, set, go”, so what I did was extend my key and scratch his car; my conscious side arrived late to the situation and started sending me images of everything that happened so I could observe myself; but my “defensive” ego started to be against me,telling me  in a very mocking tone: “You? doing that! It’s supposed that you’re a very spiritual person, how could you?” of course I started to generate on me guilt, remorse and sadness.

I want to tell you that I never victimized, nor justify myself or hid behind the anger I felt at that moment, since the moment I did it, I felt responsible of attracting a situation that was out of my control so I knew that on me, relied the decision to keep going or hook myself to the situation. Exactly a year after I started with the idea of selling my car, I fixed some of its details so the price could be higher on the market; when everything was all set, I went out with my friends and parked outside the place where we were; when I came back to my car, my vehicle didn’t have the side mirror and was painted with a black marker right in the place where I scratched that person’s car; of course in that moment, didn’t go through my mind the word “karma” but instead all kind of insults to the person I didn’t even meet; when I arrived at home I felt angry, I allowed myself to feel and be conscious of that experience so I asked myself; what is the reason why this happens to me? And the only thing that came to my mind was that day at the airport.

I’m certain that karma is a experience that happens to align to the empathy with others; empathy is understand how the other feels and not judge him/her because all of us have had emotional states that have confronted us; maybe you ask yourself, how can I be empathic with an assassin? An assassin, a murderer or a person who vibrates from very low places; besides their decision is to manifest a life like that, their level of consciousness is submitted to suffering, remember that suffering is the accumulation of pain and all of us came to experience that state, but only some of us, have that conscious power to understand it and then, release it; empathy doesn’t mean that you victimize the other but instead accepting that person has lived processes as hard as yours and those processes are out of your control and maybe, out of your understanding.

Karma normally manifests in some situations or with your relationships; among them with your family, couple, work or social environment; that’s why, we victimize ourselves believing that others are making us “pay something”; that’s a lie because people don’t make us pay something, they’re just teaching us the way we are acting.

Please have in mind that when we act, it’s on us to decide from which place we do it; the same way we’re capable of attracting loving situations, we also have the power to attract confrontive situations; remember that nothing that happens to us is a punishment of God, quite the opposite, it’s just a manifestation of our vibration about the causes we’re sowing in our path.

One of the most important laws is the energy of giving and receiving, this means that everything you give to life and give to others, at some point in your life, will come back to you; because when you gave it, you put an intention that’ll be manifested to you; so give yourself permission to put consciousness in everything you think, say, live and do; because when you do it, you can be sure that your life will be free of all attachement.

Live in consiousness,
